Due to our steady expansion over the past 11 years, we are currently recruiting experienced Male & Female Care Support Workers to support vulnerable adults within our dedicated specialist bungalows / detached houses around Birmingham. Adults with complex needs (Autism, Challenging Behaviour, Mental Health, PTSD, Asperger’s Syndrome, Schizophrenia, Dissociative Identity Disorder, Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities)

Minimum 1 years experience as a carer worker or assistant. Able to use PC Tablets to submit online reports & emails. Must have a valid UK work permit and Ideally NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (Preferred)
Candidates will need to be empathetic, compassionate, dedicated and possess the ability to relate positively to people and follow good practice. Committed to the care and well-being of vulnerable adults. Carers should be able to work within a small team or solo thinking on your feet and keeping the client active, stimulated and learning new skills.
Our clients may need assistance with personal activities, bathing, toileting, administering medication, skin & oral care, assistance dressing and undressing. Our care team help clients with general tasks around the home, cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, budgeting, menu planning, preparing and serving food. Including general domestic duties, vacuuming, changing beds, laundry and ironing, going out within the community and undertaking sporting activities. Ability to encourage clients to build in new skills, maintain and build on self-esteem and independence. Candidates are required to provide evidence with daily reports using pc tablets & online reports.
Typical day shifts 9am to 9pm or sleep in’s between 9pm to 9am or wake in nights 9pm to 9am, part time short days 10am to 7pm. We also have opportunities for Full Time and Part Time, Days, Sleep In’s, Nights and Weekends. Successful candidates are required to be able / available to work ‘minimum’ of 2 days (any days) during a 7 day week.

Between £8.25 to £9.25 dependent on experience, capability, flexibility and training.
